No Comment….. and all is said!
No comment, is what I get from people after I have asked them for an answer of some value to me. Why can I not be untitled to say no comment when I am asked question of such magnitudes?

I have a friend in Montreal, and if you ask him about something of a personal nature, he just laughs and says "No comment". Cheers
Just maybe,
It is maybe that he or she think that the words that will be put to open might offend you, and becasue of his or her sensitive nature for other human beings might just by doing so hurt him or her more. So the result is "no comment", but on the other hand, maybe you must push him or her to actually say what he or she actually thinks. I am glad.
